Ingredients

  • 1 lb.Non fat Jenny-0 Turkey
  • Braggs aminos to taste
  • Worcesteshire to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes to taste
  • Montreal Chicken Seasoning to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Just sprinkle in a bit of each ingredient into the chicken and mix together. For loosely into 4 patties and freeze between wax paper if you don't cook them all at once. Grill or pan fry on low.
