Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Nice chewy oatmeal cookie

Ingredients

• 1 cup crisco
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 TBSP milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cup oatmeal,uncooked
• 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup mm's
• 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Beat first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add combined oats, flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded TBSP 3" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes for chewy or 10-12 minutes for crisp cookies. Cool 2 minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
