Chicken and Broccoli Stuffed Shells With Alfedo

Ingredients

  • 3 c cooked chicken, chopped
  • 3-4 c cooked and salted broccoli
  • 2 c finely shredded mozzarella
  • 1 box jumbo shells, cooked according to pkg directions
  • 2 jars alfredo sauce

Step 1

Mix chicken, broccoli and mozzarella together in bow. Fill shells. Spread a small amount of sauce on bottom of pan, lay the shells in the dish in a single layer. Pour the sauce over the top. Cover with foil and bake about 45 mins.

Can freeze half the shells: place in plastic bag and freeze, to use, thaw in fridge, then fix them as you did the fresh batch.
