- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- (1 cup flour, 1 tsp. BP, 1/4 tsp BS, 3/4 tsp salt)

Mix but don't over knead. Separate into 4 parts and make a roll or a bun or pretzel etc. Bake at 425 for 18 minutes
