Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup date paste
- 1/4 cup raw almond butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into airtight container, sealed container and store in refrigerator.
*Note: If not using right away, dressing will thicken as it chills, so simply combine dressing with a little extra water for right consistency before using.
