Ingredients
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 1 Zucchini sliced
- 1 yellow squash sliced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 Large Celery stalk sliced
- 1/4 wedge red and green cabbage with core sliced
- 1/4 wedge white onion grated
- 1-2" slice butternut squash grated
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients into a bowl and don't add any dressing until you're ready to eat it. It will store a couple of weeks in the fridge. Dish up what you want and put any kind of dressing over the top.
