Ingredients
- DARK CAKE
- 3 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp salt
- 2/3 c vegetable oil
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c hot water
- CENTER MIXTURE
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c sugar
- dash salt
- 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cupcake ingredients together until well blended. Cream together all ingredients for center mixture and fold in chocolate chips. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full and add 1 tsp cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
