HOT BACON DRESSING

YOU POUR THIS OVER CHOPPED LETTUCE. GOES GREAT WITH HOME MADE CHICKEN POT PIE.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c sugar
• 2 Tbs flour (heaping)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 c vinegar
• 1 1/2 c evap milk and BACON!!!!!
• IF too thick you can add water til you get it the way you want it.
• Cut the bacon into bits..fry it

Preparation

Step 1

You need to cook the first four ingredients and the milk. bring it
to a boil.add the vinegar and the bacon...stir and pour over the lettuce.
It is good with home made chicken pot pie.
