Marinated Tomatoes

  • 3 tbl chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbl sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 cup vegtable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4-6 large tomatoes cut into 6 wedges



Step 1

Place all ingredients for the dressing in a measuring cup and whisk to combine. Place tomatoes in resealable plastic bag and pour in dressing. Marinate 4-5 hrs or overnight in fridge. Bring to room temperature before serving
