Baked Cake Donuts

This is the original donut recipe I got to make donuts in the non stick donut pan.

Ingredients

• 2 C flour
• 3/4 C sugar
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 3/4 C milk
• 1 TBS. butter melted
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 eggs beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Combine 2 bowls of ingredients.
2. Put into non-stick donut pan that has been lightly sprayed with oil. Fill each donut hole 2/3 full.
3. Bake about 8 min. at 350.
4. Cool, remove from pan, icing and or decorate.
