Ingredients

  • Crab cakes:
  • 10 Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 12 oz crab meat (or imitation crab meat)
  • Crabby sauce:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1-2 tbs honey
  • 3 tbs hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until foamy; add mayo, Worcestershire sauce Old Bay and cracker crumbs; mix well. Add crab, gently mix.

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Scoop mixture onto sheet with a heaping tablespoon or small ice cream scoop. Flatten with a spoon or fingers. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Serve with tarter sauce or crabby sauce.

Crabby sauce:
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
