Pineapple Marshmallow Pie
- 1 Pound of Marshmallows
- 1 C. Milk
- 1 C. Crushed Pineapple
- 1/2 C. Pecan Pieces
- 1 1/3 C. Cool Whip
- Graham Cracker Crust
- Graham Crackers (Crumbled for topping)
1. In a pan dissolve Marshmallows in Milk. Add the Pineapple and Pecan Pieces, while warm.
2. Put in Refrigerator until it begins to set up.
3. After it is cooled fold in the Whip Cream and pour into the Graham Cracker Crust.
4. Top the Pie with Graham Cracker Crumbs.
