Goji berry passion fruit lassi

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 passionfruit
  • 1 1/3 cups plain yogurt
  • 1-3 Tbsp honey

Preparation

Instructions
Soak the goji berries in water for 30-60 minutes.
Drain (you can drink that water!), and combine with the remaining ingredients. The honey is personal preference, so add it at the end to taste.
Blend until smooth!
