Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, bite size pieces
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbs parsley
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion celery and carrot, each
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 14 oz extra wide noodles

Step 1

In a large pot, cook vegetables in chicken broth until tender, add seasonings. Add soup, stir until smooth. Add milk, stir. Add chicken, stir. Cook noodles, drain: add to pot, mix thoroughly. If too dry add water a little at a time until desired consistency.
