Ingredients

  • 4 ounces mushrooms, canned
  • Milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
  • 2 tbs catsup
  • 1 Tbs corn syrup

Step 1

1 Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add enough milk to mushroom liquid to equal 1/2 cup.
2 Combine to milk mixture the egg, sauce, seasonings and bread. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in beef and mushrooms.
3 Place mixture into 8 x 8 glass pan and cover with wax paper.. Cook in microwave 30 minutes on power level 8.
4 Combine catsup and corn syrup together and spread over cooked meat. Microwave another 1 minute,
