Ingredients

  • 1.5

    lb ground beef

  • 1

    jar chunky hot salsa

  • 1

    small onion chopped

  • 1

    clove garlic chopped

  • 1

    can slice black olives

  • 8

    oz sour cream

  • 1

    cup cottage cheese

  • 4

    oz cream cheese

  • 2

    cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Other possible ingredients:

  • black beans

  • chopped tomatoes

  • jalapenos

Directions

1. Brown ground beef, salsa, onion, garlic. Cook until juice from salsa is cooked down and add olives. 2. In small bowl mix sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese. 3. In 2 qt casserole dish, layer half beef mixture, 1 cup cheese and 1/2 sour cream mixture. Repeat layers. 4. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
