Sauted String Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 cups of fresh string beans
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 2 T crushed beef bullion cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Wash beans and snap off ends.

Steam beans until desired tenderness.

Place butter in saute pan, melting on medium heat. Add beans and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Combine beef bullion and brown sugar together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over beans and mix thoroughly.
