Butterball Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 C butter, softened
  • 2/3 sugar
  • 4 t water
  • 4 t vanilla
  • 4 C flour
  • 2 C chopped pecans
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & sugar. Beat in water & vanilla. Stir in flour & pecans. Cover & chill at least 1 hr. Preheat oven to 325. Shape dough into walnut size balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 min. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
