Ingredients
- 1 Tb. minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tb. lime juice
- 2 Tb. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tb. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 (4 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine giner, garlic, lime juice, hoisin, vinegar and cilantro in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss thoroughly. Allow to marinate 20-30 minutes.
2. Coat grill with cooking spray and light. Add the chicken and brush the marinade over mthe top surface. (Discard and remaining marinade.) Cook, without moving, until the undersides are browned and lift readily from the grill surface, about 6-7 minutes. Turn and repeat, cooking until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
