Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs margarine
  • 4 Tbs flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 Tbs cream
  • 1 cup chopped onon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup cut green onions

Step 1

Melt 2 T. margarine, add flour and mix well. Add milk and broth. Beat with wire whip to blend. Saute onion in 4 Tbs. margarine for 3 minutes. Add to soup mix. Cook 15 minutes. Do not boil. Add green onion, salt, pepper, and crea. Mix and serve.
