Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 9 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1 Melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter in saucepan, stiffing 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla.
2 Place chex mix into large bowl and pour chocolate mixture over to coat.
3 Place coated chex mix in large zip lock baggie with 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar and shake.
4 Place on wax paper to cool. Store in air tight container.
