Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 C panko crumbs
- 1 egg white
- 2 T minced scallions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 T canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, blend all ingredients except canola oil. Shape into 4 patties.
2. Heat canola oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
