Ingredients
- 10 pounds Pork Roast with 20% Fat
- 3 T. Salt
- 2 T. Pepper
- 2 T. Sage
- 2 t. Thyme
- 3/4 t. Crushed Red Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Grind the 10 pounds of Pork.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the ground Pork, THOROUGHLY.
3. Make into Patties. Freeze or Fry at Medium heat.
4. These are delicious.
