Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) Unbaked Pie Shell
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 C Butter, melted
  • 1-1/2 C Sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Distilled White Vinegar
  • 3/4 C Chopped Pecans
  • 3/4 C Shredded Coconut
  • 3/4 C Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a medium mixing bowl combine eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans, coconut, and raisins. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Cool before serving.
