- 2 C. Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1 C. Milk
- 2 Eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir Ingredients until well blended
2. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot Griddle.
3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; over and cook until golden on both sides.
4. For thinner pancakes use 1 1/2 Cups Milk.
5. For Fluffier pancakes add 2 T. Lemon Juice, 4 t. Sugar and 2 t. Baking Powder.
