Ingredients
- 1 t salt
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/8 t cayenned
- 4 lb bone in pork shoulder, cut into 3 pieces and trimmed of all visible fat
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/3 c cider vinegar
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 1/4 c water
- 2 T mustard
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix salt, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and cayenned. Rub all over pork. Combine pork and remaining ingredients in large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker and discard bone. Cool 10 min. Using forks, shred pork. Combine with sauce from cooker. Spoon pork onto sandwich rolls and top with coleslaw if desired.
