  • 2 (12 ounce) packages ground sausage
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 30 jalapeno chile peppers
  • 1 pound sliced bacon, cut in half

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375*F
2. Cook sausage and drain
3. In a medium bowl, mix sausage and cream cheese
4. Cut jalapenos in half, remove seeds and stuff with cream cheese mixture.
5. Wrap each with half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick
6. Arrange wrapped jalapenos on a large shallow baking dish and bake for 20-45 min, until bacon is crispy.
