Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup ginger
- 1 shallot
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 heads cabbage, shredded
- 2 red peppers, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Add garlic, ginger, shallot, lime juice, cilantro, vinegar, soy sauce and 1/2 cup olive to blender and blend until combined. Slowly drizzle the rest of the olive oil in while blender is running. Toss with cabbage and peppers.
