Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/4 c. (2 1/4 oz) almond paste
- 1 egg
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips
- 2 Tbs. corn syrup
- 2 Tbs. butter
- Topping:
- 1 c. chopped, toasted almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
Melt icing ingredients in microwave. Dip top of cookies in icing. Sprinkle with almonds.
