Apple Crisp

  • 8 c sliced apples
  • 4 tbs water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 12 tbs flour
  • 8 tbs butter or margarine
  • chopped pecans optional



Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Place apples in ungreased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle water, lemon juice and cinnamon on apples. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake uncovered until apples are tender and topping is golden brown. May add chopped pecans to topping if you want.
