Ingredients
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red chiles
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
- 1 dash Worchestershire
- 1/4 c. beer
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and garlic in a large skillet. Add shrimp and spices. Saute 1-2 minutes. (Shrimp should still be slightly opaque down the middle of the spine.)
Add beer and Worchestershire sauce and simmer briefly.
Serve with crusty French bread for dipping.
