Ingredients

12 slices bread
mayonnaise
12 thin slices Swiss cheese
6 thin slices ham
6 thin slices turkey
2 eggs, beaten
1 c milk
1 c Buttermilk Pancake Mix (Make A Mix)
butter
powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat griddle to 350. Assemble sandwiches with mayo, Swiss, turkey and ham. You can cut off crusts if you want. Cut sandwiches diagonally.

Combine egg and milk in a shallow pan. Whisk in pancake mix. Butter griddle. Dip sandwich in the batter and grill 3-4 minutes on each side till cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
