  • C. Mashed Banana (2-3 ripe Bananas)

  • Dry Ingredients

  • C. Flour

  • 2

    C. Raisin Bran Cereal

  • t. Baking Powder

  • t. Baking Soda

  • 1

    t. Salt

  • C. Buttermilk

  • Frosting

  • 1

    (3 oz.) package Cream Cheese, Softened

  • C. Butter, (Softened)

  • C. Powdered Sugar

  • 1

    T. Milk

  • 1

    t. Vanilla


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 15x10 inch Jelly Roll Pan. 2. Cream Butter and Sugar, then blend in Eggs and Bananas. 3. Combine dry ingredients and add alternately to creamed mixture with Buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. 4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until top springs back after touched lightly. Cool Completely. Frosting 1.Beat Cream Cheese and Butter until smooth. Add Powdered Sugar, Milk and Vanilla; Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cake. To store leftover cake, cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
