Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 6 Tbp butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lighly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Cut chicken into 1/2" strips. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, worcestershire, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Add chicken to mixture, coat well and cover. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
In a medium bowl, combine teh bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Take each chicken strip and roll it in the bread crumbs. Arrange the strips flat on the baking sheet and brush each strip with the melted butter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until strips are golden brown.
