  • 5 pounds of Loin Pork (boneless)
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 2 t. Salt
  • 1 1/2 t. Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 t. Sugar
  • 1 t. Pepper
  • 1 1/2 C. Applesauce
  • 1 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. Nutmeg
  • 1/8 t. Ginger

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wipe Pork Roast with Damp Cloth.

2. Combine next 5 ingredients. Rub thoroughly into pork.

3. Roast at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes per pound. So, for 5 pound; it would be 3 hrs. 20 minutes to 3 hours and 45 minutes.

4. Combine Applesauce and spices. Spread over pork the last hour of cooking time.

5. Makes 8 servings
