Hazy Waters Nutty Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup salted butter, softened
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
• 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cut white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream sugars and butter.
3. Add peanut butter, mix well
4 Add vanilla, liqueur and eggs, mix well.
5. Combine dry ingredients together and gradually add to creamed mixture.
6. Stir in chips, nuts, mix well.
7. Roll into 1 1/4" balls and place on non-stick cookie sheets, about 2" apart.
8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
