Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 2-3 10oz Frozen Packages Broccoli Flowerets Thawed, Washed & Dried
- 1 1/ C Walnuts Chopped
- 1/2 C Raisins
- 4-5 Stalks Celery Diced
- 1 Small Red Onion Diced
- 8 oz Can Water Chestnuts Drained & Washed, Diced
- 1/2 -3/4 C Mayonnaise
- 2 T Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 C Sugar
- GARNISH: ADD at Serving
- 1 C Gruyere Cheese Shredded
- 6 - 8 Slices Cooked Bacon Crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Large Bowl Mix First Group.
Small Bowl Mix Second Group, Dressing.
Combine Both & Mix Well. Cover & Refrigerate 2 Hours.
Serve Chilled With Garnish.
