Ingredients
- Bottom layer: combine 1/2 cup + 2 tsp butter, 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 1/4 cups of flour. Press into 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Middle layer: in a saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup of condensed milk and 2 TBSP of corn syrup. Bring to a boil and stir for 5 minutes. Pour over bottom layer and chill 20 minutes.
- Top layer: melt a package of chocolate chips and spread over middle layer.
- Cool and cut into squares.
