100% Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat together egg, milk, and oil. Add liquids to dry ingredients. Stir just until flour is moistened. Fry on a hot non-stick, or lightly greased, griddle.
