Ingredients
- 6 apples, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. sugar, or more
- 1 Tb. butter
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 (8") flour tortillas
- Toppings: Ice cream, caramel syrup, pecans
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, cook apples over medium-low heat until done. Add sugar, butte, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir well. Place equal portions of apple mixture in center of tortillas and fold over. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Brown tortillas. When serving, drizzle with caramel syrup and sprinkle with pecans. Serve with ice cream.
