Saucy Joes

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground Beef
• 1/2 t. Salt
• 1/3 C. Heinz 57 Sauce or Sub 1/2 C. Taco Sauce
• 1 small Onion
• 1/2 C. Ketchup
• 6 Sandwich Buns

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown ground Beef in a skillet until pink is gone and drain excess Fat off. Season with Salt.

2. Stir in Heinz 57 Sauce, Onion and Ketchup; simmer until Onion is done.

3. Serve 1/3 C. mixture on each Bun. (I like to serve it with a large Ice Cream Scoop. Makes it less Sloppy.)

4. Serve with Potato Chips and Veggie Tray. Enjoy!
