Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shallots
- 1 t dry dill weed
- 1 1/4 lb salmon filet
- 1 T lemon pepper
- 2 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Place large sheet of foil on baking sheet. Spray with vegetable spray. Place salmon on cooking sheet. Sprinkle with shallots, dill and lemon pepper. Dot with butter. Bake until opaque, 20-25 minutes.
