Ingredients
- 7 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup wild turkey or other liquid
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 16 ounces heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
Preparation
Step 1
Using large metal bowl over a simmering water bath, combine yolks, sugar, liquid, and cinnamon.
Whip the mixture with the largest whisk you have until thick enough to hold a ribbon: 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and whip until cool (can be done in electric mixer). Fold in whipped cream gently by hand.
