Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream (crossed out)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (crossed out)
- 1/2 cup milk (crossed out)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (crossed out)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. rosemary
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Topping:
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Pimentos
- Rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare penne according to package directions. Grill chicken; cut into strips and put on top of cooked pasta, along with cooked bacon. For sauce, melt butter and add rest of sauce ingredients; simmer till thickened. Mix sauce into pasta and chicken mixture, top with topping. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 500 degrees.
