Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen broccoli florets,
- thawed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 2 TBL water
- 1 1/2 TBL hoisin sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
in lg. skillet or wok, stir-fry broccoli,
garlic & ginger in oil for 2-3 min
or until broccoli is crisp-tender
add water, hoisin sauce & salt
cook & stir until sauce is thickened
