Broccoli in Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen broccoli florets,
  • thawed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 2 TBL water
  • 1 1/2 TBL hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

in lg. skillet or wok, stir-fry broccoli,
garlic & ginger in oil for 2-3 min
or until broccoli is crisp-tender
add water, hoisin sauce & salt
cook & stir until sauce is thickened
