• 1 lb rhubarb (3-4 cups, cut up)
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 oz strawberry jello
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

350* oven ~ 9x13 baking dish
spread rhubarb on bottom
sprinkle sugar
sprinkle jello
sprinkle cake mix
pour water and butter over top
DO NOT STIR
bake 45 min
