Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 2 Russet Potatoes (cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Ketchup
- 2 Tabespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 Fresh Serrono Chile Pepped seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 14 oz Cans Beef Broth
- 1 10.75 oz. Can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
- Dill Pickle Speers (Optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef, onion & garlic until browned and onion is tender.
Combine meat mixture, potatoes, carrots, ketchup, mustard, chile pepper, salt, pepper in slow cooker. Stir in broth and soup.
Cover & cook on low heat for 10-11 hours on low heat setting or 5-51.2 hours on high setting.
Top with cheddar cheese. Serve with pickles
