Ingredients
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Generously grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.
Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add sugar 1 cup at a time. Add eggs one at a time. Add salt, baking powder and vanilla. Fold in flour 1 cup at a time.
Pour into prepared pan. Put in a cold oven and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
