Ingredients
- I (8oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, room temperature I (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
- or I (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup or chili sauce
- 2 tsp. creamy horseradish
Preparation
Step 1
Place cream cheese ,crabmeat or shrimp and soy sauce in large bowl; using clean hands throughly blend ingredients and form into a ball. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hrs. In a separate bowl, combine ketchup or chili sauce & horseradish. Presentation: Line serving plate with parsley or watercress, if desired. Place cream cheese ball in center. Pour ketchup-horseradish mixture over top. Surround with assorted crackers. Serves 10 people.
