Ingredients
- 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry
- Sheets - thawed
- 1 Brie Cheese round (8oz)
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
take pastry from freezer - let sit 25 min
heat oven to 400
unfold pastry on floured surface
place cheese in center
fold pastry over cheese to cover
trim excess pastry & press to seal
beat egg + 1 TBL water
brush seam of pastry w/ egg mixture
place seam side down onto baking sheet
brush w/ egg mixture
bake 25 min or until golden brown
let stand 20 min
